Parent Teacher Meetings will be held on the following dates:

Important Information:

• The interviews will be 5 minutes in length. We need to limit each parent to one conference per teacher due to the number of families interested in seeing teachers. Thank you for your understanding.
• You can book an interview by clicking on the link below, and you can select in-person, virtual, or by phone (please ensure that you type your email address and/or phone number correctly).
• If you select in person, please note the teacher’s location next to their name when booking.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. It will generate a virtual link regardless of whether or not you select in-person, virtual, or by phone. Teachers are aware of the option you selected. If you did in fact select virtual, you will click “join meeting” in the email. You will need Microsoft Teams to do so!
• The booking calendar will close 24 hours prior to the interview time slot. 

How to Book a Meeting:

1. Select teacher you wish to meet.
2. Select date and time slot.
3. Fill out information (name, email, phone number, student name, type of interview).
4. Click submit.

***You will then be offered the following options:

– Reschedule: if you wish to change your time with that teacher.

– Cancel: if you wish to cancel the appointment completely.

-New booking: to book a meeting with another staff member.

Please note: the system does not allow a teacher to be double booked, but it does not keep track of your meeting times. Please be cautious that you do not choose the same time with two different teachers.
